Prior to founding Iqlaa Equity Partners, Amina worked 10 years in Algeria, in communication, marketing, sales and operational management. In doing so, she contributed to the creation and development of several activites in telecom, international transport, project engineering.
As part of her role within Iqlaa Equity Partners, Amina managed content creation for Neocto.
Amina holds a master in international transit and logistics from Algiers CFCM Management School (2001).
Born in 1978, Algerian, lives in Belgium.

Frédéric Geurts, Founding Partner

Frédéric is a Partner of BCG.
Prior to founding Iqlaa Equity Partners in 2012, Frédéric served major institutions for 12 years as consultant then partner with McKinsey&Company.
His experience covers multiple activity sectors (industry, infrastructure, logistics, economic development) and regions (Europe, Africa, Middle East).
Before that, he worked 8 years in academia, as researcher at UCL then professor at ULB.
Beyond Iqlaa Equity Partners, Frédéric also cofounded Neocto, the first social network for in-store advertisement.
Frédéric holds a Master (1992) and a PhD (1996) in computer science engineering from UCL.
